Moodang or Charsiu is a cantonese style barbeque pork. It is eaten with rice or noodle

It is popular food in Asia ( Like China,  Hongkong, Thailand and Singapore) 

In Thailand, it is called Moo Dang (Moo = Pork) , (Dang=Red) and

MooKrob is called Siu yuk. (Moo = Pork), (Krob=Crispy)

Restaurants here usually serve them on top of steamed rice, topped with a sweet and salty gravy.

And served with Chinese sausage, boiled eggs, spring onions, and cucumbers as side dishes.

Cucumber is a vegetable with a unique smell. Some people don't like cucumbers, like my dad. 

Whenever we went to eat at a restaurant, my dad always tells the vendor not to put cucumbers in. 

If the vendor accidentally puts some in, he gets really upset. I think it's funny because I love eating cucumbers. So I made it into a game like this lol.

Tips for saving time while waiting for the next customer

: Add rice and gravy sauce in a plate

: Add green onion, sausage and egg 

: Don't have to cut green onion
